Cancel the platform anytime and get a refund of the platform fee. We’d love to understand why you’re leaving, but answering that question is always optional.

What’s in the ₹5,000 payment?

• Doctor consultation: ₹1,000.
• Three home physio sessions: ₹800 each, ₹2,400 in total.
• Platform access for three months: ₹1,600.

What is refundable?

The ₹1,600 platform fee is refundable on cancellation. The ₹1,000 consultation fee and charges for completed physiotherapy sessions are excluded from the refund.

What still needs to be confirmed?

The treatment of prepaid physio sessions that have not taken place, cancellation before the consultation, missed appointments, how to submit a request and refund processing times will be confirmed before payment opens. No payments are accepted on this website yet.

Renewal is a conversation

Two weeks after the third physio session, ami checks in with the patient who signed up themselves, or the authorised report-receiving caretaker who arranged care for their parent. Renewal prices and terms will be shared before any new purchase.

This policy records the planned offer and still needs operational and legal review. Nothing here limits rights that apply under law.
