HOME PAIN CARE · BANGALORE & CHENNAI · COMING SOON
“I’m fine.” But the stairs still hurt. Over three months, work towards easier movement, better energy and more confidence at home, with a doctor-led plan, physio visits and ami alongside.
Explore the 3-month planA plan from experts. Support at home. Progress you can talk about.

A CLEAR PLAN, FROM THE FIRST HELLO
Start with what hurts. Practise with guidance. Keep checking in. Here’s how the programme is designed to work.
Start here
Start with a consultation, three physiotherapy sessions at home and platform support for the full three months.
Day 1
Discuss pain, mobility and energy levels, and agree what improvement would mean for you. Your personalised plan is then shared over WhatsApp.
Before day 7
Practise the plan together, check how you get started on your own and get the platform set up. There’s room for every question.
One month after session 1
Check mobility and energy levels, talk through the routine and review how the plan is going.
One month after session 2
Check mobility and energy levels against your starting point. Look at what feels easier, what has changed and what still needs attention.
Two weeks after session 3
Signed up yourself? We’ll check in with you. Arranged care for a parent? We’ll check in with the caretaker who receives their authorised reports.
A planned care journey, not a guarantee of relief. Clinical suitability and local appointment availability are confirmed before enrolment.

We’re building a care circle where pain specialists review the physiotherapy plan and ami helps with follow-through. Human support, AI-assisted organisation and WhatsApp plan delivery are part of the planned programme.
Wellbeing reports go to the patient and their authorised caretaker. Arranging or paying for a parent’s care never replaces their permission to share.
Nutrition and wellbeing support consider the whole person, including arthritis, diabetes and hypertension, alongside existing medical care.
