Diabetes
Bring food, movement and daily routines into the conversation with your treating team. Medication decisions remain with your prescribing doctor.
YOUR THREE-MONTH PLAN
Three months to work towards less pain in everyday movement, better energy and a routine you feel confident following. A doctor-led plan, WhatsApp support and home physio visits help turn those goals into something you can practise and review.

Start here
Start with a consultation, three physiotherapy sessions at home and platform support for the full three months.
Day 1
Discuss pain, mobility and energy levels, and agree what improvement would mean for you. Your personalised plan is then shared over WhatsApp.
Before day 7
Practise the plan together, check how you get started on your own and get the platform set up. There’s room for every question.
One month after session 1
Check mobility and energy levels, talk through the routine and review how the plan is going.
One month after session 2
Check mobility and energy levels against your starting point. Look at what feels easier, what has changed and what still needs attention.
Two weeks after session 3
Signed up yourself? We’ll check in with you. Arranged care for a parent? We’ll check in with the caretaker who receives their authorised reports.
The renewal check-in is a conversation, not an automatic renewal charge. Renewal pricing and terms will be shared before any new purchase.
THE WHOLE PERSON, NOT JUST THE PAIN
Nutrition and wellbeing plans take account of preferences, mobility and everyday life. Experts tailor the science to you, alongside existing medical care. Progress is personal, not guaranteed within three months.
Bring food, movement and daily routines into the conversation with your treating team. Medication decisions remain with your prescribing doctor.
Keep the agreed lifestyle plan and blood-pressure monitoring connected to your usual medical care.
Work towards everyday movement and symptom management. The programme does not promise arthritis reversal.
