A CARE CIRCLE, WITH CLEAR ROLES

Good people.
Working together.

This is the care approach we’re building for early access. The team, review arrangements and availability will be explained before enrolment.

The pain specialist doctor

Vets the physiotherapy plan and provides medical oversight within the agreed programme. Your parent’s existing doctor remains involved in their wider medical care.

The physiotherapist

Turns assessment and goals into a movement plan, reviews how it’s going and proposes adjustments for clinical review.

The clinical nutritionist

Adapts the nutrition plan to health needs, familiar foods and preferences. Experts tailor the science to your parent.

ami companion

Offers routine encouragement, gathers updates and helps bring questions to the right professional. AI supports organisation; an automated reply does not mean a doctor has reviewed it.

FAMILY VERIFIED, IN PLAIN LANGUAGE

Fewer guesses.
Better conversations.

Wellbeing reports help your parent and the adult child who signed them up follow the same story. Family observations add context; they don’t replace professional review.

Your parent sees their own progress

Reports bring together routines, how they’re feeling, recorded measurements and what needs a conversation with the team.

You get updates with their permission

Signing them up doesn’t automatically give access to their health information. Your parent authorises the recipient and what can be shared. After that, agreed reports can arrive routinely.

They stay in charge

They can pause sharing or remove access. Future reports stop; copies already delivered can’t be recalled.

A renewal conversation with the right person

Two weeks after the third home physio session, ami checks in with the patient if they signed up themselves. If a caretaker arranged care for their parent, the check-in is with that authorised report receiver. Sharing still requires the patient’s permission.

Home physiotherapy and a companion between sessions.
We’re planning physiotherapy visits in Bangalore and Chennai. ami companion helps with conversations and follow-through between sessions, not live-in attendance or round-the-clock monitoring. Visit arrangements will be confirmed before enrolment. The plan will be shared over WhatsApp; delivery is not live yet.
